Prevention Strategies for Sciatica

Engaging in regular exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles and improving flexibility can also provide support to the spine and reduce the risk of sciatica. Taking breaks during extended periods of sitting, using ergonomic furniture and equipment, and maintaining a healthy weight are additional preventive measures that can help reduce the occurrence of sciatica.
